DUTCHESS BEER DISTRIBUTORS

Darlind was selected to perform a 21,500 square foot expansion of an existing Anheuser Busch Distribution Facility on a Design/Build and Fast Track basis. The building additions are pre-engineered structures included a Controlled Environment Warehouse (CEW), Loading Docks, and a Drive-Through facility.

The project included significant earthwork and site improvements on an extremely tight site, requiring elaborate phasing and coordination to minimize disruption to the Owner's operation. The project was completed within seven months from award, including all design and required approvals.
