LOCATION –Valhalla, NY
DESCRIPTION: The scope of work of this project generally consists of the provision of all plant, labor, material and equipment to execute the program of renovations to the existing Physical Education Building located on the Westchester Community College Campus at Grasslands Road, Valhalla, NY and related site development all as depicted on the accompanying contract drawings and the technical specifications.
This project is not subject to the requirements of the "Wicks Law".
The County of Westchester has determined that a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) will be used on this Project.

PROJECT – Sojourner Truth Library Renovations @ SUNY New Paltz
LOCATION – New Paltz, NY
DESCRIPTION: The work to be done under the contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of SUCF Project No 08471 titled Library renovations - Sojourner Truth Library, State University College at New Paltz and carrying out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents.
The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following:
Interior renovations primarily on the Main floor with lesser revisions on ground and Concourse levels; addition of exterior curtain wall and new entrance vestibule; fire suppression system on main floor; new rest rooms; new circulation desk and staff offices; new interior finishes; and infrastructure for technology, security and audiovisual systems; renovations to mechanical and electrical systems; and ne lighting on main floor.
